Forgot the name of a book... A boy who was a brilliant hacker is broken out of prison by a team of criminals?

His name was Jonah or something. And the team consisted of a blonde who could speak a bunch of different languages, a girl who could tell if other people were lying (a human "lie detector"), a man who was head of security and could break into any place, and a boy who had a glass eye.
